OUR MISSION

TO IMPROVE YOUR ORGANIZATION'S PERFORMANCE BY PROVIDING TOOLS FOR A SUCCESSFUL COMPLIANCE PROGRAM

"The next generation of compliance means that compliance plans are not one-size-fits-all but rather are tailored to your specific organizational risks.  We help clients develop compliance programs for compliance in higher education, risk assessments, and training. We work with clients to build a risk-based and nimble compliance plan, using measurements for risk and key performance indicators that improve the effectiveness of the compliance program for your organization.  The trust that you build with your stakeholders is the key to future success."

-Sharon J. Zealey, Founder

NextGen Compliance LLC can perform sensitive investigations, compliance or human resources risk assessments, training, assist in developing KPIs for measuring success, and help create a strategic plan to protect your educational organization.  We can assist your compliance function to assess your most critical risks and develop a compliance program to mitigate each risk.  If failures have already occurred, we can investigate sensitive allegations and develop a robust remedial plan.
